Spotnails warrants its products to be free from defects in parts and workmanship governed by the following procedures:
Tools: Body and cap castings or moldings are warranteed for one year from date of purchase from an authorized Spotnails distributor. Metal component parts are warranteed for ninety days from date of purchase from any Spotnails distributor, with the exception of driver blades. All other tool components which do not fit into either of the above categories, such as bumpers and o-rings, are not warranteed.
Fasteners: All fasteners are warranteed to be free from defects in material, plating and workmanship with no specific time limit except that the fastener must still be on the current active product list. Normal care must be utilized in the handling and storage of fasteners. Abusive handling or improper storage will void any warranty claims.
WARRANTY ABUSE, MODIFICATION OR USE OF NON-GENUINE SPOTNAILS' PARTS AND FASTENERS AUTOMATICALLY VOIDS THE PRODUCT WARRANTY.
